How do I crossbreed larger plants?
In a September 13 Steam thread about Sunbeam Lumus and Starbeam Lumus, a developer marked Jalgrin’s community response as the answer:
- Equip the pruners and aim at a small branch until the pruner interaction appears.
- Use the interaction to collect a branch.
- Hold the collected branch and place it on another plant from the same family, following the displayed prompt.
The original poster reported success after harvesting the fruit. That is one player’s timing observation, not a verified requirement for every tree. Merely planting two large plants beside an empty planter did not solve their problem.
